Troubleshooting Sync Issues Between Go High-Level and AdLaunch
In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to troubleshoot synchronization issues between Go High-Level and AdLaunch. Follow these simple steps to resolve the problem.
Step 1: Disconnect the High-Level Account
Navigate to the Connected Accounts section.
Click the three-dot icon next to the High-Level account.
Select Disconnect from the drop-down menu.
Confirm your action by clicking Disconnect.
The High-Level account should now show as disconnected.
Step 2: Reconnect the High-Level Account
Click the Connect dialog box next to the High-Level logo.
A pop-up box will appear. Click the Next button on the lower right of the screen.
Select the correct account that you want to add.
Check the tick boxes to Install under all locations in Uplaunched and Enable automatic installation to future locations.
Click the Proceed button to confirm your action.
